Pros (+) I loved the garden in the back, the location of the hotel. The staff I met were quite friendly

Cons (-) Our room was dusty and bothered our allergies.

Cons (-) The woman who checked us in was rude, too busy on the phone to answer any questions we had. Lack of better terms, she was 'snobby' and acted like she was above my family and I. Also, my husband needed a luggage cart and there were none to be found - another staff member attempted to get one but returned without and made no additional attempt retrieve one. Pros (+) It was a great stay.
Cons (-) My only concern was that the room smelled as cigar. Somebody was smoking in a Non-Smoking room. I asked for another room but it was not possible to get another room.
Pros (+) Bed is very comfortable. Hotel wifi is complimentary and signal is good. A bar downstairs is nice but closed early. Airport shuttle bus is by appointment udrong check in. Driver is friendly and helpful.
Cons (-) Not many restaurants nearby. Swimming pool is small. Breakfast is not complimentary, though they do have free coffee and tea.
