Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests praise the hotel's central location, making it easy to explore the city and access public transport. The staff is frequently described as friendly and helpful. However, many reviews mention significant noise issues, especially from the street and nearby machines, which make it hard to sleep. Several guests complain about uncomfortable beds and the lack of air conditioning, especially during hot weather. Cleanliness is generally acceptable but not outstanding, with some complaints about dirty carpets or leftover trash. Overall, the hotel is appreciated for its convenience and service, but improvements are needed in comfort and noise insulation.

Pros (+) Location for Oktoberfest is excellent, you’re a 10 minute walk to Oktoberfest and a 10 minute walk in the other direction to Marianplatz and the centre of town
Cons (-) Felt that some of the staff at reception were a bit abrupt and seemed grumpy. Also the bed was a bit hard, both of us were feeling a bit stiff and sore in the morning
