Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location and attentive service, especially from the concierge and restaurant staff. The rooftop pool and spa facilities are highlighted as standout features, offering great views and relaxation. However, several guests express disappointment with aspects such as outdated decor, cleanliness issues, and bathroom design, which some found small or inconvenient. While many rooms are described as comfortable and newly renovated, others mention noise, darkness, or lack of amenities. Overall, the hotel is seen as a prestigious choice with excellent staff and location, though some feel it does not fully meet five-star expectations in all areas.
