Courtyard facing rooms are much quieter. Hotel is still “new” at 4 years in 2022 - some placement & spacing errors in room(s) are quirky - a nightstand turning sideways?! With an inoperable drawer & big gaps in laminate flooring. These imperfections made a guest question construction decisions. Minimal staff but pleasant. One always waits in line here, even if it is one person ahead of you.
Pros. It was a good hotel: comfortable, it had everything we needed. The bistro was also good.
Cons. It was annoying that after many tries, I couldn’t get access to my electronic key.
