Pros (+) The view. The staff was nice. Maintenance guy was nice.
Cons (-) The manager was rude. Someone pooped in the pool and the staff said it happens all the time. When I spoke to the manager he said "they didn't know what they were talking about, it does not happen all the time". My kids got sick after swimming in the pool. The floors were dirty.

Cons (-) Elevators were slow slow and slower, cleaning staff wakes you up too early no do not disturb tags to put on door,

Pros (+) The room had excellent views. It was clean and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast buffet was also very good.
Cons (-) Our cable was fuzzy and the room could use paint but those are minor issues.

Cons (-) Room needed updating. Pillows were small on beds. Outlets were very old and some even looked to be a hazard. TV was older tube flat screen. Could see in other rooms that some had been updated, but not all. Stove had visible rust on the top. We had 4 women in the room and had to ask for extra bath towels every day. That process usually involved 2 calls to the desk at least an hour or so apart.
