The staff is very nice.
The facility lacked Any ambience or character. The website says airport shuttle - yet when we arrived we were informed theshuttle only offers pick up service.

It is what it is. I was in Nadi on a 15-hour layover between Melbourne & LA, so I just wanted access to a beach, so under $20US for a bed & locker in a dorm room was totally worth it for beachfront access. The rod & showers were dirty, and the Pirate Dorm smelled so awful (like a monster mix of body odor, feet, and fish), that I couldn't nap in there as planned. And I'd advise wearing flip flops in the showers to avoid mold or fungus. BUT the beach is awesome, the staff is friendly, the restaurant is surprisingly excellent, I got a fantastic massage at the spa, and they have all sorts of activities available. No idea what the more expensive rooms are like, I'm sure much better than the dorms. But it was definitely worth the $20 to be right on their beautiful beach for the day.
Despite the party atmosphere the room we stayed in was quiet. The staff was also friendly and helpful. The free island dance performance is worth watching.
The beds were very uncomfortable, there were bugs in the bathroom, the surrounding beach area wasnt very nice at all. Not romantic, good for one night stay for traveling.
