Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's friendly and helpful staff, as well as its convenient location near the station and tourist attractions. Many found the atmosphere cozy and the rooms comfortable, with some appreciating the spaciousness. However, several guests noted that the facilities and amenities were outdated, with issues such as cleanliness, old bathrooms, and lack of certain conveniences like elevators or a coin laundry. Despite some negative feedback about the building's age and limited amenities, the overall impression was positive, especially regarding service and location.
