The staff is not at all friendly and helpful The area is very dangerous Renovation is a cheap waste Dirty walls in the room Very small rooms Cold in the room, even though I reported this to the receptionist, no action was taken Broken beds In the evening the hotel door was locked, because the area was very dangerous

The man who works at reception desk is very helpful and simpatic. Next to the hotel there is very good sweet shop. Though you have to wait a little bit .I feel safe at 9:30p.m.when I arrived .

When I booked the room the price included tourist tax, but when we arrived at the hotel the receptionist charged us again.
