The location just at the train station is very good in terms of connectivity to places of interest. Very good insulation of the windows.

Good location near main railway station. Clean room. Breakfast was was fine.
A lot of building work going on in the area making the piazza diffacult to cross and the hotel noisy but this obviously isn't the hotels fault.

Centrally located
Stayed at hotel whilst liverpool were playing napoli. Two football supporters were stabbed in piazza garibaldi (square in front of hotel). Felt quite vulnerable as the piazza seems to be quite an unsavoury and unsafe place after dark.

Its central position if you want to take the train to Pompei or Herculanum,... The rooms are also exceptionally quiet for a hotel situated on the piazza Garibaldi. The breakfast was also really good.
The staff can't really speak English which appeared to be a problem when we faced a hot water issue. Two days with no hot water has been a real problem for us and no discount was proposed when we checked out.
