Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. However, there were frequent complaints about cleanliness, with several guests noting issues such as dirty bathrooms and unclean rooms. The breakfast was also a common point of dissatisfaction, described as limited or poor in quality. While some appreciated the pool area for its atmosphere, others found it dirty and uninviting. Overall, the hotel offers good value for its location, but improvements are needed in cleanliness and breakfast quality.

Pros (+) Location is right in the heart of downtown Nassau. Staff is very friendly.
Cons (-) Breakfast needs variety. It was the same EVERY day. Toast, fruit, coffee, muffins, boiled eggs, etc. Website should say no elevator. Noise in the hotel and around the hotel is loud. Furniture was old everywhere.
