Pros (+) The location was conveniently located by other hotels, the visitor’s center, and bridge to Louisiana. It’s not by the casino though, but they have shuttles to run you over there. The decor of the lobby and bar area were rather trendy. The free hot breakfast was an awesome touch.
Cons (-) The room decor was slightly dated and the towels were a little thin, but it was doable.

Pros (+) The staff was exceptionally pleasant, especially Byron(Bartender), Custina, Chelsea, Paul, and Cynthia(Breakfast Attendant).
Cons (-) I didn't like the continuance running of the ice maker on every floor and the AC units in the rooms are very loud.
