Good breakfast, welcoming gesture of a bottle of wine in the room, very comfortable room
We had a small issue with the cleanliness of the room. Someone came into the room to plump up the cushions and fold the blanket but did not bother to clean the floor where all the dirt from the previous day just remained. In the bathroom, the shower cabin was leaking water so we had used one of the towels to mop up this water and had left this on the floor..this same (clearly dirty) towel had been neatly hung up on the hook for us to use again!!!

the steep entrance steps, wern't warned about this, disabled access would be very difficult
