Felt welcome, kids/animal friendly, convenient spot close to the beach. A/C and hot water very good.
The pictures were not representative of the place we stayed. The kitchen was not convenient to prepare meals. Nothing happening around - you need a car for everywhere. Superficial cleaning of the room. Smoking hotel which means that everyone else could smoke in the share balcony and the smoke was coming in your room.

We had plenty of room and the furniture was comfortable. We also liked the view. I would also like to mention that they offered a very strong wifi connection
The only problem that we had to face was that there weren't any shops nearby

Great location, the apartments are very close to the beach, while the object have big garden with children playground. There is a private parking for Your car. The apartments are extremely-well equipped with care for every single detail. There is a big number of TV Channels, both satellite and domestic, a total of more than 1.000. Strong and reliable Wi-fi. A spacious balcony which could be used the whole day. You could eat the meals or drink coffee looking to the sea. The owner Marion is a special story - she is friendly and very helpful. She will try everything to make Your stay better. I highly recommend Seaview Aparthotel for holiday. A miles long beach with crystal clear water is next to you, according to the wishes. There are two ways to enjoy, first one with sunbeds and umbrellas, that will cost You some money. However, since the beach is not too crowded, You could occupy a space and lay on the sand. Marion provides sun umbrella for the beach.
The access road is poor, but that's an issue that must be solved by the municipality of Nea Potidea.

Beautiful area, very nice property and very friendly host. Also great wearther for 1 of November. We went swimming and were sunbathing, again, on November 1.
