Summary of reviews

Guests say

Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, proximity to key areas, and spacious rooms. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues with service, including unhelpful or rude staff, slow responses, and requests not being fulfilled. Cleanliness was also a recurring concern, with several guests mentioning unclean rooms, bedding, and bathrooms. While some guests enjoyed the atmosphere and breakfast, the overall impression was marred by poor maintenance, outdated amenities, and inconsistent service quality.
