Cons (-) My friends were harrassed for using duty free liquor inside my room. They were threatened with police complaint and were warned to be thrown out of the hotel for using outside liquor. Very humiliating.

Pros (+) Room was functional except a/c didn’t work to set temperature, good for one or 2 night stays or for business travellers
Cons (-) Breakfast at Pavilion 75 should be improved bot food and service especially service, I had bad experience with spoiled milk in the coffee machine, very disappointed with ITC standard, I brought forward to manager Surendar, he apologized profusely and ensured to follow up with staff, he was very helpful and so as the people in the front desk other than that other staff could be more welcoming
