The atmosphere and charm were great!
Cleanliness of the bathroom floor and shower were lacking.

The hotel had a really nice vibe
The TV remotes were a little confusing. They were not the original. I think they were those remotes you buy when you lose the original.

A convenient, old boutique hotel
Very close and well-situated between Morial convention center, and Bourbon street. Nice staff. Artsy vibe. I like the brick/hardwood feel of the rooms
Any building that has survived since the 1850’s, and been through multiple hurricanes, is going to have some elements that feel dated, and the lower level rooms have challenges with white-wash over old flood lines. But overall, great value and location, and I like to stay here while attending meetings at the convention center.

Great location and cute decor
A little loud from street noise. Building is old so we could hear plumbing

Great stay
Every aspect of the hotel's design seemed well thought out. The room was on the smaller side but so well designed, laid out, and furnished that it wasn't cramped and seemed perfectly sized. It was impeccably clean and comfortable, and the availability of good coffee and pastries in the morning from the lobbying was a well appreciated touch.
