In Lower Manhattan’s Financial District, the AKA Wall Street Hotel offers business men and women a place for an extended stay while on business. Guests can hop on the ten subway lines, six ferries, or thirty bus routes to explore Manhattan during their downtime. However, if a guest doesn’t feel like wandering out for a meal, there is the Blue Ribbon Federal Grill onsite. This new restaurant is helmed by the Bromberg Brothers. The restaurant offers bar bites during Happy Hour and a full menu for Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner.

Residents can enjoy a 24/7 staffed front desk with a dedicated doorman to help secure the premises. There is also the AKA resident service to assist in answering questions of guests taking advantage of the extended-stay hotel. There are also AKA connection agents and brokers to help secure tickets, reserve rental cars, or make dining reservations. All guests have access to the complimentary laundry facilities and high-speed Internet. There is also free grocery delivery available. Guests that need dry cleaning can take advantage of the same day service.
