Overall my stay was excellent! Although small, by other cities standards, my room's layout was well thought out and was very comfortable. It has a separate sitting area with a flat screen TV. I loved the walk-in shower. My only negative experience was the lack of daily room cleaning. On the 3rd day of 4 night stay, I had to request room service. Apparently, my room was not on the cleaning rotation...

Pros (+) 19th Fl room was clean and very quiet, bedding was high-quality. Near (but not too near) Penn Station. Small bedroom, but big bathroom.
Cons (-) No closet, just a small cabinet that could not accommodate a business suit, much less an overcoat. Elevators extremely slow.
