Room and amenities comfortable if very small, excellent location
restaurant closed at 10pm
The size of our room. There was only one foot of walking space between the bed and the three walls surrounding. Unbelievable as it sounds, because we arrived at 1:00 AM we took it for one night, but couldn't get up sooner to get out of this place. In the morning we inquired if they could give us a larger room. They, at front desk told us that all the rooms were more or less the same!
Nice big room and toilet for NYC standards. Room serviced twice daily Bed changed twice during our 1 week stay Nice toiletries gratius. Outside dining area clean.
Expensive food and drinks except for happy (4-7pm) hour. Outside seated area could have been kept more clean/brushed.
The staff is extremely friendly and helpful.
Rooms are quite cozy. I wished it was explained that the classic king room varied in size. Also having music play in the hallway late at night was disrupted to sleep since the walls are thin.
the staff very well mannered professional in dealing with customers.. greeting you in and out all the time
rooms a little tight
