Location is excellent, a couple block away from the subway. Loved the Rooftop bar with a great view of the Empire State Building
Turn down service did not provide bottled water in the room, in spite of being charged a facility fee.
The room was horribly small and there was no vanity room in the bathroom. Had I known it was that inadequate bi would have made other arrangements.
A good quality hotel with relaxed atmosphere. Staff helpful and professional. Excellent location for exploring Manhattan and beyond.
Over priced .... whilst happy to pay for a decent hotel, the pricing level seems high compared with other cities. Mini bar and breakfast options not used so disappointing that you feel the need to eat out.
Relaxing vibe but still had fun energy. Our room was sooooooo quiet we didn’t even know we were in the city when we were there. Across the street is coffee culture for good coffee and Whole Foods is around the corner across from Bryant park. Close to subway which was a huge plus especially when heading to the usopen tennis.
Nice place to stay, quiet , next to Times Square, good service and great bar/ restaurant .
Not enough light in the bath, over the sink.
