The location and breakfast was excellent. Staff/manager was also friendly and willing to help.
The entrance door is not suitable for wheelchairs or strollers. My room had some maintenance issues like extremely dirty air filter (for heating/cooling unit) and malfunctioning bathtub stopper (I had to put a sock into the bathtub drainage for a bath).
The staff at this hotel were wonderful. I loved the bed and the layout of the room.
I hated the cramped bathroom with stupid glass half door because water still spilled on the floor. It doesn't work as well as a shower curtain. I also found the windows let in too much city noise. The elevators were slow. I waited 15 minutes for 1.
Location and breakfast
Location was great, close to everything but far enough away from noise and crowds. Staff was wonderful!
Not enough elevators for busy times of day, very crowded.
From the minute we walked in their door we were greeted like they had been waiting for us and was happy to see us. All of the staff during the entire stay made us feel welcomed. Not just the many fabulous front desk staff, the entire hotel staff.
There was only one thing we did not like.... we had to check-out.
The room was huge for NYC. Great location only a short walk from Time Square w/ subway access right next door. Only took 10 minutes by subway to Central Park/Carnegie Hall, about 15-20 minutes from Battery Park/9-11 Memorial. Breakfast was free and good.
Bedding could have been cleaner. You could tell that the mattress pad isn't washed often as there was hair on it. Bathroom sink was slow but was fixed promptly upon complaint. Front desk staff was so/so, a couple were super-friendly some not as much.
Staff got us in very early and with a better room.
The kitchen had pots and pans, but no burner to hear them on which was basically useless.
Its location in Midtown Manhattan is convenient to the activities we took part in during our recent stay. There are may shops and restaurants nearby. All of the staff we encountered were extremely polite and took apparent pride in their jobs.
Awesome location & excellent staff.
We had a couple of bathroom plumbing issues that weren't major but annoying none the less.
For the price is what in a great location, Staff was nice.
No shower cap
Staff was excellent
