Bed was comfortable and clean.
WiFi was nonexistent and the toilet didn’t flush well, you had to hold the handle down to get to flush at all.
Solid value and excellent, courteous staff.
Staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. There were two envelopes sent me that were waiting in my room upon my arrival as well as my suitcase, which I had dropped off earlier in the day before check out. That's the way it's supposed to happen. But more, all three of the front desk concierges were extremely nice and extremely helpful.
Small rooms (but very clean). No closet. But they did send me up some hangers to use on the coat rack, so that was helpful. No coffee in room, but there is a Starbucks downstairs.
Tiny Gross Rooms
rooms were miniature, with strange windows, and super gross. not clean and felt grungy / run down.
Very good hotel
The best is the situation, so clean and the team are so friendly. Thanks to all and see you again
The right spot in the middle of Manhattan
Cozy Small sized studio/ bedroom but with a full sized bathroom ....perfect for couples, very clean and friendly staff
Location, staff, cleanliness, value, view out window (Empire State Building), mattress comfort
Toilet size (space between sink and wall), shower water pressure, hard water
The hotel was a great find on 5th Avenue. Within walking distance or short taxi ride to everything you want to see. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
rooms are functional but very small. staff efficient but not particularly friendly.
we had asked for a room on a high floor as noisy on lower floors due to traffic on 5th avenue and when we got there we were on the first floor! Always a pain having to change rooms.
Good location, cleanliness of room, free wifi internet, Empire state building in front of the hotel.
Small reception, no own restaurant cafe for breakfast / dinner, noisy conditioner, but at autumn it's doesn't matter.
Hotel is in really good place and the bed was amazing! The view from our bathroom window was Empire State Building.
The room was tiny but it was clean and the bathroom was bigger. Great value hotel!
We really liked the location for walking or using the subway to get uptown especially.
the size of the room - it was very cramped with the 2 of us.
The people care. Every one was very kind with me. Specially Bibi and Jesús, both were very friendly and nice with me. I had no problems at all.Thank you.
The space of the room: tiny. May be it is enough for a single people (like me) with a single bed...

It was a small room, but nice furnished and clean. It was on the right location to walk to the stores and things to do. The employees were great, giving information and coupons and where very kind and always a smile on their faces (not fake)
the toilet was placed against the wall and when you were sitting there, you sit with your face and shoulder in the towellrackish
cafe beside hotel open from 5:30.
please hung big fat curtain for cut morning sunshine.
Great location; practical; nice staff, brand new.
Rooms are a bit small, but sufficient.
