Pros (+) This is a very nice hotel, well-situated on the Upper West Side and an excellent value for money. The staff is really nice. The associated restaurant, Nice Matin, is great as well.

Pros (+) I've stayed at the Lucerne multiple times, and it is consistently a great hotel on the upper West Side. Rooms are comfortable, staff great, and overall just a very nice experience
