GREAT ROOM WITH A GREAT VIEW
A LITTLE PRICEY
Interiors, the garden, the location.
Some staff weren’t that friendly, the WiFi is terrible which surprised me.
Great location giving easy access to all the wonderful restaurants, bars, and nightlife of the East Village. Service very efficient and friendly. The bars and restaurants were always lively and made me feel very welcome whatever the time of day.
Had a corner room but never felt very comfortable with the design. The bathroom seemed awkward to me. It was very expensive compared to other hotels I have stayed in around the world.
Not staffed adequately for price point. Took 45 minutes for us to get drinks in hotel restaurant/lounge area.
Great view. Spacious room.
Bed was not that comfortable
