Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it convenient for travelers and those attending events. The staff received high marks for being friendly, helpful, and professional. Many guests found the rooms to be clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with good value for the price. However, several reviews mentioned issues with noise from both inside and outside the hotel, as well as occasional concerns about cleanliness and communication at check-in. Overall, the positives of location, service, and value outweighed the negatives for most guests.
