The breakfast was good, as was the staff.
The property looks tired and needs refurbishment. It was a race weekend and there was lots of noise during the night from drunk race goers! The windows rattled when left open.

Staff very friendly and helpful, food very good
Only had a single bed and it was quite small , doors very hard to close so noisy when closing at night. Could do with more lighting in the rooms.

Very convenient for racecourse, prime location in high street whilst still maintaining a relaxing atmosphere later in the evening.
Lack of adequate changing facilities on arrival. Bar toilet out of order and left quite frankly in a disgusting state.
