Pros (+) Location, it caters to the beach, eateries, pertty much everything in Newport. My Wife and I are always out and about when we are in CA. So all we need is a room to sleep. Don't need a pool because the beach is walking distance. Don't need breakfast because you have all sorts of selection of great food around you. Don't need an gym because you can cruise on a bike or take a walk/run on the beach. ...
Cons (-) Because it's on the main Blvd, noise can be an issue. I'm guessing depend on which room you are in. Do have firm beds, which I prefer but the wife didn't. Personal preference I guess
