Pros (+) Rooms were clean & quiet.
Pros (+) A last minute decision to stay in Newport. There were no AirBnB's and this was a good option. The room and bathroom were clean.
Cons (-) People parked their SUV's in compact spots. The breakfast was grab N go, and super sugary. Anyone who was using the water you could hear the loud pipes through the walls. Too expensive for this place.

Cons (-) Breakfast very limited and not restocked very well.
Pros (+) The rooms are spacious and clean. The beds are comfortable. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The cleaning crew were very nice and the evening clerk was helpful.
Cons (-) The continental breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. Donuts, cereal, muffins and a little fruit was all that was offered. Coffee was to bitter to drink. The staff made you feel awkward while getting breakfast. Only cool air is by opening the window so at night it was a little to warm to sleep.
