Pros: location was great.... hotel was clean and well maintained...room was great
Cons: one older lady on staff was annoying... watching us eat at the breakfast buffet; commenting on everything and talking to everyone loudly...after the breakfast she hung around the front desk commenting to everyone who came in or went out. She had no filter and was an irritant
Pros: Very comfortable. Relaxed atmosphere. Polite staff from reception to housekeeping. Parking convenient too.
Cons: Better entrance sign on road. We’ll be back.
Pros: Should let you know that the hotel said I should book directly through them and not from you or any other site for a better experience and price. I will do that next time. I agree to a point, but rude people will be everywhere and not the hotels fault. I understand that.
Cons: I'm Sorry. I have been at your hotel 4/5 times before. And I stay at Holiday Inn, Marriotts and Hyatts freuently. This time at your hotel was not a pleasant experience. When I checked in they said I had no reservation...but found out my reservation was given to someone else with the FIRST name of Nelson. So.. they switched my room. Not Nice. Given a Room near the elevator and ice machine which I asked not to be near. I asked for a room on the first floor. 107, 109 is my preference. No, given room 321. People coming in all hours of the night until 3am after a wedding...which I know is not your fault but the people were so rude. Slamming doors and talking loud in the hallway. When I could finally fall asleep. Your hotel is not at sound proof as I hoped. I know people are rude and not courteous. A comped room for two nights within the year would be great since I have a lovely niece, nephew and great nephew that I will visit again soon.
Pros: Room was clean, but had a very spartan like look.
Cons: There no furniture other than a desk chair. Should have had a couple chairs and a table. Even the standard room shows one arm chair and this room smaller.
Cons: I requested 2 beds through booking.com & did not get 2 beds. I got a bed & a pull out couch. I should’ve been notified that the room was not exactly as I requested.
Pros: Breakfast was what we expected for self serve--fine. We were surprised at the room quality; but, then learned that the hotel had been renovated last year. Bathroom immaculate, with no mold. A second grab bar at the other end of the tub and a full shelf under the sink would make the facility more user friendly. Bed was comfortable with decent linens. 3rd floor location meant it was relatively quiet. Front desk staff were quite friendly and helpful.
Cons: See previous bathroom suggestions
Pros: Location, staff, cleanliness, breakfast
Pros: Room was roomy & very clean Staff very friendly Hotel was close to all our activities we went to
Cons: No not at this time
Pros: Everything - perfect location and staff super friendly & helpful for a single mum setting her son up as an international student at Sussex County Community College
Pros: Excellent check in - rooms and breakfast .
Pros: Cleanness , comfortable soft linen and towel
Pros: Friendliness of staff, accomadating house support and cleanliness

Pros: Great location, professional staff'
Pros: Great value, spacious rooms, accommodated late check out request!
Pros: Breakfast was excellent. The motel it self was amazing. Location was good.
Pros: It is a small and simple property. It had everything i needed. The breakfast room was very nice and well kept.
Cons: I would have liked it better if the ice machine was closer or more centrally located.
Pros: Location was perfect...near Walmart and restaurants, close to our destination Vasa Park. Low profile tub was easy for disabled person to step in and out. Could use one more safety bar in shower. Even though there seemed to have been an anti-slip mat in tub, it was worn away. Easy parking for disabled persons, close to front doors with a more than adequate curb ramp.
Cons: Could not connect laptop to wifi. Wifi service, in general, was very weak. Breakfast of microwaved eggs and sausage was meh. Make your own waffles was good. No orange juice on Saturday morning. Plenty of yogurt, dry cereal, and blueberry muffins. Bed a little too high for mobility challenged disabled person.
Pros: Deserves higher star rating
Pros: For a super 8 I was concerned about quality but wanted to go cheap but it was a very nice and clean place.
Pros: Comfortable room, sitting area, desk
Cons: Closet door was off the track, very heavy to open/close & toilet had small leak that I stepped in at 1:00 am
Pros: Good value given location fairly close to Newark and JFK which made for easy drop offs and return to hotel.
Pros: Clean, comfortable room, comfortable bed, quiet, hot shower, pleasant staff, good breakfast.
Cons: It was a good experience.
Cons: The continental breakfast was terrible
Pros: My problems were addressed and resoved.

Pros: Spacious Clean rooms Good price
Cons: Strong smoke smell in the hallways Mild smoke smell at times in non-smoking room
Pros: The staff was great! My checkin was smooth and easy.
Cons: The room I thought I was getting is not what I got. I paid for a long suite and ended up with 2 double beds. The room is a smoking room, and it really stinks not just in the room but in the hallway to the room. I left my room smelling like an ashtray. The property is not super well maintained, and once you leave the lobby, the hotel is not in super condition.
Pros: Microwave and fridge are useful. Otherwise the room was a great size, bed comfortable and bathroom very clean, could have done with some plastic cups to have a drink of water or rinse the mouth after brushing teeth.
Cons: It had a kitchen in the room but you could not use as there were no utensils, plates, etc so why have the kitchen. Disappointed with the breakfast, the hot water was yellow don’t think the pot had been cleaned and the water tasted awful luckily was able to get clean water in the room and use the microwave to make a cup of tea.
Cons: Smelled like cigarette smoke coming in to lobby. Lobby seem dark not welcoming.
Pros: Staff was very friendly and helpful
Pros: They asked if I wanted a non-smoking room, and they obliged with one.
Cons: The visitors don't seem able to get their cigarette butts in the container. A bit of trash in the parking lot.
Cons: Couldn't wait to take a bath but the stopper didn't work so had to stuff a washcloth in it
Pros: The location to fun activities for my grands and eateries
Cons: The room was pretty but it wasn't as clean as it should've been; there was a lot of dust under the beds, around the nightstand and room corners.
Pros: The room was clean it was on the first floor which I like. I also like the fact they didn’t have Carpet I had kind of a hardwood floor and it seem to be very well-kept dust free.
Cons: This didn’t make me very unhappy but I’ll mention it the toilet paper was left with three sheets on it. So on the first things I had to do was change the role but I’m a custodian so it’s no big deal.
Pros: Front desk staff upon check in was outstanding. Fresh coffee. Reasonable rates. Upon rating the room with the hotels company, they responded with timely feedback and a generous offer to make amends.
Cons: Missing hair dryer, missing spindle for toilet paper, bonus roach (only one though - it happens, right?)
Pros: Convenient to everything
Cons: Nothing it was very nice

Pros: they are remodeling to keep the rooms updated and modern, and the over all decor fresh
Cons: the sheets didn't fit the bed, so they popped off during the night - if you are going to have a deep mattress, you need deep pocket sheets to stay on
Pros: I liked that it was close the diner, the pizza place, and a few bars.
Cons: My problem was I paid extra for a spa tub room. The spa tub have let out hot water so the bath was so hot. I could not go into it to enjoy it. I tried to wait a few hours to see if it would cool down. It did not. I feel like I wasted my money on that room.
Pros: Very clean. We only needed a place to sleep and get on the road for a wedding. Worked well.
Pros: Ir was a good hotel.
Pros: Price, very easy to get to off highway
Cons: Towels were thin, sheets were scratchy (low thread count, or washed heavily in bleach)
Pros: The staff were great.
Cons: My issue is not with them (staff) , but rather with the open condom wrapper and human DNA (semen) on the carpet and chair. I'm even questioning if the sheets were changed.
Pros: Pleasant staff and yes, the bed was very comfortable with lots of pillows! Nice breakfast included in the price of the room.
Pros: Very clean rooms.. nice staff.. good breakfast
Pros: Breakfast food small and unappetizing. Breakfast hours too short. Went to a diner down the road for a real breakfast.
Cons: Condition of the facility and proper sheets for the mattress thickness. The fitted sheets did not fit the mattress thickness and ended up bunched on top during the night. Management said they would correct the problem. The second night was just as bad. Coffee in the room was terrible - tasted so bad it was not drinkable. Workman were refurbishing the interior of the elevator when we needed it. Had to ride along with them while they worked from a stepladder.
Cons: Hotel smelled awful of cigarette smoke & overall dirty. The staff repeatedly contacted me because we didn't check-in at the 3pm check-in. Even after the first call at 6:20pm & informing the staff we would be there by 8, they called 3 additional ti
Pros: Check in staff was very nice, first room offered I didn't like, Handicaped accessible, they quickly offered another. First appearances is good lobby was clean, Hall ways and elevator.
Cons: Room seemed clean, except for the trophy piece "the bed!!!!" I laid on the bed and picked up an odor... I peeled back the sheets to this thicker sheet or cover and it was stained and little rock pieces, That was it for me checked out 40 minutes later.
Pros: Friendly staff grate location definitely refer to anyone
Cons: House keeping comes at 10am when checkout is 11am

Cons: There was a pool party going on when we arrived so we were not able to use the pool for 3 hours.
Pros: Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful
Cons: Rooms had a musty/ mildew smell
Pros: There was a bathtub.
Cons: The room looked grungy. The hallways looked like the shining. There was a musty smell. There were black flakes in the drawers. The pillows were terrible. The shower water never became hot. The AC felt uncomfortable. The wifi was slow. There was nothing special about the place. Above all, the accommodations didn't match the price.
Cons: House keeping service was very bad. We have to call front desk that know one come to clean our Room, and receptionest Anna said no one is here. We askesd her that we don"t have any towel in our room, she told me come to front counter I will give you towel. After 2-3 calls at 11.00pm we got towel. When we book this accomodation through booking.com its shows that breakfast is included, but it was not.
Pros: I had certain expectations from Holiday Inn brand
Cons: As soon as you step in the front door there was a heavy smell of mildew that lasted the whole checking process. So bad to the point you had to breathe out of your mouth. Even after renovation, place has gone down hill. I have stayed here several times.
Pros: The location.
Cons: No water at front desk
Pros: Location and room
Cons: Key card did not work right. Staff person was sleeping at front desk at 5am
Pros: The property was convenient to the venue The Stanhope House. Easy to find off of Rt. The rooms were modern and clean with iPod chargers built into the alarm clock. The bathroom was immaculate and the mirror lighting was fantastic. Bed was comfy with cotton sheets.
Cons: The Heating unit in the first two rooms I was given smelled like mold. I moved rooms three times. The front desk was very accommodating about this. The third room on the ground floor had a newer ventilation unit. No mold smell. So finally worked out ok.
Pros: Bed great clean room
Cons: Restaurant closed too early
Pros: “Lizzy”: Extraordinary young lady at the front desk!! Breakfast buffet fantastic. Good coffee. Super comfy bed. All good!

Pros: The staff was really friendly and check-in was painless. The room was big and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom, while small, was clean.
Cons: The room smelled. The carpet and bed covers are in dire need of replacement. Hard to tell if they were dirty or just really old. The shower made a loud noise when the hot water was running. My neighbors could not have been happy when I showered at 5 am. The alarm clock went off twice in the middle of the night (why would you even have an alarm clock in 2019?).
Cons: Terrible musty smell in room and with running the AC both my wife & I couldn’t breathe without wheezing. I couldn’t help thinking we’d both get sick with Legionnaires’ Disease.
Pros: The location and nice clean room and friendly staff
Pros: Friendly Staff
Cons: The heat was turned up to the highest Temp. when entering the room
Pros: Always a pleasure to stay here. Very convenient to all the places I love to visit. I recommend this Econolodge for everyone.
Pros: I enjoyed the area very quiet nice looking lodge priavate back room
Cons: Room floors were very dirty not swept or mopped when we checked in there were burn holes on the blankets and the cleaning service seemed frustrated every time we asked a question or to clean something they only gave us one toilet paper per day and it was very thin
Pros: Location . It was pretty quiet too
Cons: Very musty smell in the room . Dog hair in carpet . I’m allergic
Pros: I woke up away 2am unable to breath because there was so much cigarette smoke in my room, coming through the vents. Thr sheets were dirty, blankets had cigarette burns in them. Long hairs on the sheets, definitely were not cleaned prior to my check in.
Cons: I will never stay here again. Gross. Gross. Gross!!
Pros: BREAKFAST WAS GOOD. LOCATION WAS OKAY.
Cons: THE BATHROOM WALLS WERE FILTHY. THERE WERE FLIES IN THE ROOM. WE WERE ALMOST AFRAID TO TOUCH ANYTHING. THIS HOTEL IS IN DESPERATE NEED OF UPDATING.
Pros: Staff very helpful.
Pros: Big room and super clean!
Pros: It was fine for a motel
Cons: It was not particularly clean & the room smelled like smoke. For the price, this is about what I anticipated though.
