Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, especially its proximity to the airport and cruise port, as well as the comfortable beds in several rooms. However, many reviews highlighted significant cleanliness issues, such as dirty rooms, stained sheets, and unclean bathrooms. Service received mixed feedback, with some guests complimenting friendly staff and shuttle drivers, while others reported poor management, slow restaurant service, and unresolved issues. The pool and amenities were mentioned, with some positive remarks but also complaints about maintenance and temperature. Overall, while the location and bed comfort stood out as positives, cleanliness and service inconsistencies detracted from the experience.
