The flight was delayed by 1.5 hours & the gate was changed, so it was a long walk from the 1st gate to the 2nd gate. The bags took about 1 hour to arrive after landing. Ridiculous wait for bags for which we paid extra $$$$$$$
The upholstery of our seats (7A+7B) were in bad shape: twisted, hard and uncomfortable. We also had a 55 minutes delay. Apart from that everything was OK.
We arrived on time to our destination and the flight was peaceful (and short!.)
30 minutes late as usual. Could not pay for any food or drinks, despite using three cards. Amex, Mastercard and Visa. Uncomfortable seats
Norwegian ground crew did NOTHING regarding priority boarding. I paid for priority and there was no priority boarding effort made AT ALL at the gate.
I was not well I have got high temperature there for I never made to to airport
Pros: Punctual and friendly staff even under stressful circumstances.
Cons: Access to wi-fi
Cons: Better higiene with the coronavirus situation. Like not grabbing the water bottles on top and offering no glass
Pros: never flown the airline but no friendlier
Cons: Maybe if they can help with smiling to people will be better
Pros: Boarding was quick once the bus arrived at the aircraft, flying on JetTime (leased aircraft) meant the seats were comfortable and the smaller 737-700 meant that there was less people on-board. Certainly enjoyable.
Cons: Flying on a JetTime leased aircraft and not Norwegian means you miss out on in-flight TVs and free WiFi.
Pros: Crew is always super nice and efficient.
Cons: Boarding priorities suck. Feels like another way to squeeze another dollar out of the customer. Some company has to stand up and say we Baird from front to back or back to front. But I could be in the minority. Maybe others enjoy paying more to get on first.
Pros: Confortable airplane
Cons: Better entertainment options
Cons: It was too cold on the plane
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything, flight was delayed, cabin super warm and seating was all messed up.....
Cons: The boarding bus opened its doors before we were allowed to enter the plane, leaving us in the cold before re-boarding the bus. The line operating on behalf of Norwegian had a smaller plane with less space between seats
Pros: Easy boarding process
Pros: All was fine, especially for the price I paid.
Cons: It was a little crowded, but ok for a short 4-5 hour flight. No food is served, which is ok, for the price that I paid.
Pros: Nice staff, left on schedule, I did not get any food, it was not included, and there was no entertainments, like movies.
Cons: It is a little crowded, but ok for the price.
Cons: Entertainment
Pros: the seats are comfortable
Cons: I would like entertainment to be placed in the economy section. The flight is 8hrs. There isn't anything that has a battery that lasts 8 hrs.
Pros: The crews were good
Cons: They weight my carry on luggage from the connecting flight. The first flight was ok, but they decided to weight my carry on luggage at the gate for the connecting flight. So I got charge for extra 82 dollars. I wish they say something earlier!!
Pros: Crew was kind.
Cons: The food made me sick, and you have to buy it too.
Cons: The flight was delayed and it seems like it happens regularly. Our flight to Palma de Mallorca was also delayed.
Pros: Dont fly with them. They always screw you over
Pros: Very friendly and helpful
Cons: I witnesses myself and at least 12 other people pay addition baggage fees
Pros: Boarding and food
Cons: The flight was delayed more than an hour and no information was provided about landing at Fort Lauderdale Airport.
Cons: Lost one of my bags and delivered the others with glacial slowness, then reps were incredibly rude when I tried to report it missing. NEVER AGAIN!
Pros: Simple Flight
Cons: Small plane. not a lot of leg room
Pros: Simple Flight.
Cons: Small plane
Cons: the plane was delayed. no reason giving. when boarding, it was a white plane with no markings. inside it had Norwegian signs, but probably the plane was a substitute. Once in the air, the flight was fine.
