The room itself was cool with technology but couldn't figure out nightstands. Would have loved another place to set out another suitcase, only one. The staff was very friendly at front desk and in the restaurant. We ordered a La carte breakfast. The pancakes were truly scrumptious. Bed was comfy. Would stay again.

After requesting an early check in, the hotel was unable to meet this request. They gave us two fee drink and two free breakfast tickets to make it up. Which was very kind. The staff was super friendly. Everything was clean and updated. No issues with the room.

Over priced in my opinion it was 523$ for one night ….parking was not included they charged 40$ extra and for some reason I’m getting a 75$ fee for something that I’m not sure of ….

Overall ok hotel but a bit overpriced for the value. Pros: -subway is in the same building -lots of restaurants around but neighbourhood is not that great so keep that in mind. -comfy beds Cons: -rooms are ok. No one came to do our room but they came in and exchange one towel only which was really odd. -We asked for extra towel+ robe since there were 3 of us in the room and only got 1 towel back. ...
