Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central and waterfront location, making it convenient for exploring Nuku'alofa and nearby attractions. Many also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. However, several reviews highlighted concerns about cleanliness, with mentions of pests and worn facilities, and some guests felt the hotel did not offer good value for the price. Breakfast was generally described as simple or adequate, but not outstanding. Overall, while the location and some aspects of service stood out positively, issues with cleanliness and value were common.
