Pros: The location is very central and can easily walk to the main attractions. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well. The room was modern and clean, which is super important in the current situation. We even had a washing machine in the room which proved to be very useful. The breakfast was served in our room and was delicious!

Pros: It was clean
Cons: I was overcharged my room cost $111 instead for some reason they charged me for $169. I tried to resolve the problem but there was only a trainee there. I asked for a certain breakfast they gave me whatever they wanted. Oh and no silverware to eat with. The location is very loud!!!

Pros: The location is very central and can easily walk to the main attractions. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well. The room was modern and clean, which is super important in the current situation. We even had a washing machine in the room which proved to be very useful. The breakfast was served in our room and was delicious!
Cons: We had to pay 19€ for parking at the hotel, but there is parking available for 5€ for 24h within walking distance from the hotel. The pillows could be better.

Cons: Ceramic plates didnt work. Most facilities (sauna, pool,bar, restro) closed due to covid, but this wasnt communicated on beforehand. Poor airconditionning in the room (needed to open window to get room below 23°C)

Cons: Unfortunately, the pool, sauna and gym was closed during out stay due to Corona. Whilst fully understandable, as pools and gyms were open again elsewhere, I had expected for this to be communicated during the booking process as it was a bit of a let-down upon arrival.

Pros: Everything within the old town is within walking distance from the hotel. They have two options for breakfast. A continental which was very limited but did have take away coffee and toast for 4.80€. They have a full hot breakfast for 12€ per person. The hotel is quiet and there were shampoos and soaps provided along with a bottle of water. There is parking beneath the hotel. We would definitely stay here again. The location is worth it for the price!

Cons: Breakfast was a little unclear, when we checked in they said it was included but they didn't distinguish the fact that there are 2 options in 2 different rooms.
The actual "free" option we didn't learn about until our 2nd day, which is more of a "on-the-go" breakfast located behind the front desk. It had a very limited selection, like apples and some pastries and it wasn't clearly marked.
The larger dining room which is right next to the elevator and has windows facing the main square however, had a full-on buffet that was delicious but we had to pay extra for it.

Cons: The air conditioning in the first room I was assigned didn't work and, it was a bit too warm. One call to the receptionist and they moved us into an upgraded room and didn't charge us for it. The staff helped us move our stuff and waited on us hand and foot. Great service !
