Pros: It was a really special place, evereything was perfect the room the breakfast the tours and all the staff ! I miss this place already! Absolutely recommended!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice and clean room. The owner was super friendly and helpful, and even gave us little souvenir when we left. The location was quiet but still within walking distance to the center of town.
Cons: None.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was great. With the help of the manager, we had a great time. Room was lovely and spacious. Breakfast she packed for us at 5am was delicious, the information about restaurants and boat tour was also terrific. I would like to recommend everyone who visits Inle to stay in this place.
Cons: Nothing
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The cottages are a good size and have a lovely large shower room too. Beds are comfy and the place is spotlessly clean. However, the best thing has to be the wonderful hostess who was not only a delight to talk with but also was fantastic at helping us organise our time there. She helped me arrange both a boat guide and a trekking guide and pointed me in the direction of a lovely restaurant round the corner. She also allowed me to stay at the property late as she had no one moving into my room. The breakfast was also delicious and kept me full until way after lunchtime!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Loved the villa, the location and how the manager helped us so much in planning the itinerary.
Cons: The shower was making the entire bathroom wet. Can contain the water to only shower area
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The host is amazing and friendly and thoughtful and just so nice! She's so generous. She gave us mango juice and avocado juice which were amazing! And she let us borrow her bikes to go around the city. And in the morning she gave us her mango from her garden! The breakfast she made was sooo delicious and healthy.!! The room is also super comfortable and beautifully painted! Location is super strategic, Central but quite. Just next to the river and across pagoda.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Super comfortable environment, feels like home. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Though I arrived in the very early morning, they showed me a warm welcome by answering call bell immediately, bringing us to our house and let us rest first before doing all the check ins. Very nice breakfast too, all freshly made by staff and a seasonal fruit jam was offered. The owner was super super friendly, introducing us the spots around Inle Lake, and help us get a boat driver who was very friendly too. In general a very pleasant stay here though duration was short, I would definitely come again years later.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: What a great hotel! It was the best resort we had in Myanmar. The hostess was absolutely kind, She gave us all the information we needed to visit the area and there are bikes to use for free if you want to know the area cycling. I am going to recomend this resort to all my friends!
10.0 Excellent
Cons: Gorgeous bungalow! Friendly, supportive and empathetic staffs provided super professional service to us. Very clean and comfortable bed! The whole environment is beautiful and relaxed.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything is perfect! Room is big, clean, comfortable. Wifi is good, breakfast is good. Market is just meters away. Excellent host that made the stay exceptionally pleasant. Host arranged everything for us around Nyaung Shwe and boat around Inle Lake. She even packed breakfast with hot coffee in thermal flask for our sunrise trip on Inle Lake. Host also offered us use of common facility when we return to Nyaung Shwe to catch night bus after 2 nights down south. We felt like returning to friend's house. We highly recommend this place!
Cons: Nothing at all

8.8 Excellent
Pros: The whole setting is very very beautiful, room and furniture sooo nice! Reccomended!
Cons: the lack of Wifi in the room: not comfortable for this type of hotel at this rate. Restaurant is good but expensive.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Dream location and perfect hotel to relax It was low season so we got the hotel almost for ourselves. Nice rooms nice staff nice breakfast ! I wish I could live there :)
Cons: They add a mark up on the boat trip - more expensive than other hotel Spa is very expensive as well Taxi to the airport is just outrageously priced (30k)
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Excellent service, facilities, and views. Lovely pool and grounds. They have their own organic garden. If you're not sure about staying directly on the lake or in town, this is a nice compromise, because you can view the lake, but still have access to a road to get to town.
Cons: Only a few of the staff speak English well. Others could use more English training.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. I would like to make a special mention of Sandy (the Manager) who was very helpful to us during our stay and to Ko Myo (the head of waiters). The rooms are spacious, very well decorated and maintained. Highly recommended!!!
Cons: The meals are a little bit overpriced.

9.2 Excellent
Pros: The staff was outstanding. Everybody was extremely friendly and always eager to help. The breakfast was hands down the best we had out of the hotels we stayed at during our holiday. We also had a few dinners at the restaurant and the food was fantastic. As we travelled during the wet season, we had a few rainy afternoons which we used to enjoy the spa services and I can only recommend doing so.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Facilities such as rooms, swimming pool, restaurant, bar, jetty for boat, bicycles, foods
Cons: Only 1 restaurant for such a big resort. There should be another casual reataurant
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The grounds are beautiful. We went in the quiet season (July) and were kindly upgraded to a fantastic suite. Immaculate food, very friendly and helpful staff. We can't remember a better hotel stay. Incredible value for money if you go at this time of year.
Cons: Nothing. It was perfect.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Wow. We were kindly upgraded to the Provost Suite as the hotel was not that busy. Thank you to the management (Baptiste) for this - we really really appreciated it. The room was so nice we didn’t want to leave. A real pleasure to slow the pace down after the non stop travelling and sightseeing of Myanmar- so much to see and we needed a rest. This was a fantastic spot to have a break. We didn’t leave the hotel on first day - was so nice to relax by the lake. Breakfast was awesome. Croissants (as others wrote) are exquisite. I even had to ask for them at dinner as they were so good - the staff and chef obliged - thank you. Spa was lovely and reasonably priced. We took a local taxi to Aythaya vineyard. A great experience- seeing one of the only two Burmese vineyards. Dinner in the vineyard restaurant was good. The room is well thought out with even mosquito lotion. The body lotion, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner are all lovely. Complimentary water. Great coffee machine. Breakfast on the verandah over looking the lake was fabulous. Highlight of it all was a trip around the lake for the full day on a long boat. Just superb. If you only have one day - make sure you do this for the whole day. So picturesque and so many craftsman’s too - jewellers, weavers, cigar makers, black smiths. A full village on the lake, all on stilts plus the odd monastery too. Seeing tomatoes growing in abundance on the lake was just amazing - together with the locals collecting boatloads (literally) of them all. What fantastic photos to remember Lake Inle. Really recommend this place for a lovely break in a hectic Myanmar sightseeing schedule. We stayed 3 nights but could have easily stayed longer. We didn’t have time to use the free bikes, for instance. Thank you Sanctum for a lovely stay.
Cons: Nothing - everything was just great
7.5 Good
Pros: Best hotel Great staff Wonderful manager
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Glorious setting beside the lake and superb service and facilities. Without a doubt the best place to stay and experience / explore Inle Lake and the diverse ethnic groups living around and in the lake.

Pros: Great location. Right in the middle of Nyaung Shwe. Very friendly staff. Room is cozy and the view from the room is just wow. They have a rooftop which gives an even better view.
Cons: Breakfast could be bit better. It was a set menu to choose from. Not buffet style. Also portion was larger small and nothing special.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staffs are very friendly, courteous and very helpful. Room is clean. The view is excellent from the hotel.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was very big and spacious and very clean. The location of the hotel is good.
Cons: The packed breakfast they gave me because I had to leave early was a very sad affair - I had requested a cheese sandwich but they just gave some dry toast and a banana. Also, I was there for the Phaung Daw Oo Pagoda festival and they said a boat ride to see the festival would cost 45000 kyat. My friends were staying at Hotel Immana Grand and their hotel arranged a boat ride for the festival for only 15,000 kyat. So I joined them and had to pay only 5000 kyat as there were three of us. How was this hotel charging so much for the same boat ride?
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location and rent for free bycycle and free WiFi
Cons: Breakfast is not good: pancakes are not amazing, coffee is ok but the location to eat breakfast really bad: you don’t enjoy the rooftop

10.0 Excellent
Pros: This hotel is beautiful and the staff is very helpful. The cute cultural and sustainable aspects are great. It's both central in the little town, and also right on the water so you can hop in a boat and go down a canal to the lake. The pool is amazing, breakfast was lovely.. we loved our stay!
7.1 Good
Pros: It looks beautiful. The location was good almost center of Nyaungushew, and right next to the boat station. The pool was very unique that situated in middle of the pond. The staffs were very kind; especially the man in the bar and the dining area. They were very friendly and professional as well. I love the breakfast, it was pretty simple but mixed asian and western well. I liked the breads and toast and variety of jams.
Cons: I didn’t like the bed and linens. They were pretty old and worn out, and not clean. There were yellow stains on the curtains. We stayed room 101 and no sunlights all day, and no mosquito nets. The both of the electrical outlets next to the bed were not working and i have to charge my phone in the bathroom. I was so disappointed about their facilities.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: It’s really confortable, individual bungalow are just perfect and on top of it there is a swimming pool
Cons: I think the concept of Ecolodge cool be pushed further there are so many small things that could be done to be really ecologic such as buying tea from the market instead of Lipton or remove individual packaging for the butter...
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The location, the pool and the staff.
Cons: The breaker was off twice during our stay and the ceiling lights cannot be lit during these period but it was no big deal.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is incredibly beautiful and well kept, we specially loved the pool area in the middle of the lotus lake The rooms are gorgeous and if you can book a room with a balcony, perfect for the rainy afternoons Breakfast is the best we had during our trip in Myanmar and we can also recommend the bar The other aspect we really enjoyed is the location in the center of Nyaung Shwe. it’s close to good local restaurants and tours if you don’t want to always be at the hotel
Cons: Nothing really Loved everything
10.0 Excellent
Pros: the pool is beautiful, in the middle of the lake. We weren't a lot at the hotel as it was low season but I guess if the hotel is full it might be a bit small... BUT everything was beautiful, the staff really friendly, breakfast really good PERFECT location, as really calm and in the middle of the village so close to restaurants
Cons: nothing I guess
10.0 Excellent
Pros: An oasis in town

8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very new and beautiful rooms. Good breakfast. Nice view at the poolside. Definitely recommendable.
Cons: No chance to get to the next city besides overpriced shuttle from the hotel (no scooter rental nearby). The bikes are without light so not helpful in the evening as this hotel is far away from any town or sth comparable. In the closer area of the hotel there's not really anything like good restaurants so you'll go to the hotel restaurant most probable.

Pros: The location on the lake is beautiful .Sunset at he property is lovely. It was not many tourists when we stay in April.bed is confortable.
Cons: Bathroom is ok.Coffee is imposible to drink, letterboxing better to forget. There is some problem with milk in Myanmar I guess as we have this same issue in all hotels except the one in Yangon.Th pick up service from the resort arrived late at the airport, no water in the car for a 1,20 min ride.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The resort is located in one of the most beautiful spots I have ever seen, and walking to there was absolutely breathtaking. We had excellent service all way through. Food was great. Rooms were cozy, not perfect, a bit worn, and still a very nice experience. The outdoor shower is cool :-)
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Super nice and beautiful place in Inle lake. You can see the beautiful lake view in any time. The staff also super nice and helpful. Highly recommended to stay here. You better find the boat driver before you go to the hotel and ask them provide day tour if you wanna visit Inle lake. Hotel seems don’t provide any related services.
Cons: About the price, hotel charge everything such as early check in and the price a bit higher than outside.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Quite location, very friendly staff, good restaurant, great view on the lake
4.6 Okay
Pros: Breakfast, sunset, the shower.
Cons: The rooms have no air conditioning and it was very very hot. No swimming pool. No gym. Electricity goes out several times per hour, and thus the internet and water supply are interrupted. I had no internet the first night and the reception staff did not really care. The other days, it was pretty bad.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely hotel located in a privileged spot with amazing and relaxing views to the lake. Really nice and polite staff, the bar and restaurant are good too. The room was big and clean.
Cons: I would have preffered more customized and budget options when asking for transport from the airport and arranging boat trips in the lake, but the stay overall was great.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staffs exceptional service nice view and excellent room
Cons: none
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Quite and peaceful. Reachable with car only 40-50 km from airport
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Staff was highly attentive and very supportive, e.g to organize the unforgetable individual Hotel boat travel to the floating gardens and more. The villas are good to suit 3 person. Good room shapes and outdoor shower is very nice. We liked to use the on site facilities. The hotel is involved in educating local people.
Cons: There is no strong environmental policy applied.

9.2 Excellent
Pros: The rooms were very nice and staff are really friendly. But the best thing was the food. So tasty. Very well prepared by a proper chef.
Cons: The fact that I messaged the resort 3 times about their hotel pick up that they offered with a charge, asking how much it would be, and they wouldn’t tell me, just asking again if I would like their service. In the end I got a taxi (45 minutes drive). All taxi drivers were saying 20 dollars. When I left the resort they offered me the transport service back for 30 dollars and promptly dropped it to 25 dollars when I said it was too high. I walked 1 minute along the road to a taxi service and got him to pick us up from the resort with our bags...for 20 dollars.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything ! This hotel is beautiful. The room was perfect : nice and clean, nothing to say. The swimming pool is cool, the jacuzzi is relaxing and the spa is nice. The food at the restaurant is good but quite expensive.
Cons: I would like to say "nothing" but it is too bad thay the wifi does not work in the rooms... The connection is really poor, even at the reception. They could also improve the outside lights, it is difficult to see the frogs or other animals during the night and accidents could happen.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing property and amazing staff near the small friendly village of Khaung Daing. Free bikes to ride along the low traffic road, nice cool swimming pool and views from restaurant deck of the Shan Mountains. Staff very friendly and accommodating.
Cons: Would have liked to put my family of 4 ( 2 kids) in one villa, but they only allow 3 max even though the villa is big. Had to rent 2 villas. They are beautiful accommodations set in lush gardens. I liked them better than the water front “floating” villas.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great setting, very friendly staff and attentive Negative our rooms were at the entrance to waterway - very noisy with long tail boats coming in really early . Close by is the local town where the temple - a monk was chanting over a loud speaker approximately 18 hours a day - got very tiresome Was not impressed with food .They could do with some help Overall its in a beautiful part of the world and the staff are awesome
Cons: Above message
7.9 Good
Pros: Employees of the Hotel were super friendly and arranged everything we needed. Very, very friendly and we liked it very much. The breakfast was very good and had everything we liked. The Rooms were very Beautiful, arranged like small indicidual boats and we were allowed for a late check-out. We liked to go with the rented boat through the channel to the lake visit very much. The pool is very fine, there is also a Jacuzzi and a Sauna and a Spa. We took several times the free bikes from the hotel. There were two very fine Myanmar restaurants (we have been only to these 2, but there are more) rather close.
Cons: There is a praying monk in the pagode beside, who is praying via a loadspeaker for quite some hours every day. So it is not really silent. This was still ok for us, but maybe not for "morning and evening sleep sensitive" persons.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Polite and accomodating staff, Beautiful villas And peaceful well kept Land scaping. Would definitely return to this location and recommend it for others. Staff very responsive to my Emails in advance of visit.
Cons: Had family of four and The villa definitely large enough for four people but hotel policy only allowed three. Would have been nice to share one villa with the entire family. We rented two adjacent villas which were both beautiful, but would’ve been nice to share and save money.
6.7 Good
Pros: Very very quiet village relaxing very picturesque attentive staff
Cons: Hard bed out dated furnishings. Looks tried was expecting more for the money. Limited breakfast buffet. Expensive to use hotel taxi to get to town.

Pros: The receptionists are very friendly and they helped me a lot whenever I needed help. Cons: The bar closes after 11pm. A lot of stray dogs around.

Pros: Everything
Cons: The boats were very loud,
10.0 Excellent
Pros: At the begining, I thought the hotel is very far from the major town. I still chose it because it is close to the place of attractions. Turns out I made the right decision and the distance between airport and the hotel is acceptable since once you arrived the lake, you'll need a boat to anywhere. Distance is not a problem at all. The boat ride to the hotel just offered us a beautiful view of the lake. And of course, the hotel arranged the transportation for us and a day tour at the surroundings, which price was reasonable. As soon as we arrived the hotel, the staff also suggested us to see the Phaung Daw Oo festival. We were lucky to witness its first day. We experienced the best sunset of Myanmar at the hotel. Breakfast also with great scene. We also tried dinner with noodles, soup, fish curry, which was better than we expected.
Cons: As a lot traveller described the noises from the boat, which is bearable as the hotel provided ear plugs. Internet, sometimes not working, and always very slow.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Near the touristy circle and a beautiful view from my room
Cons: Boats which go by are a little noisy Bar can be stocked better Slippery floors as highly polished so be aware

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Incredibly nice hotel at Inle lake: spacious and luxurious villas, very friendly and helpful staff, very good restaurant and a great pool. No noise except for sounds of nature. The hotel offers fair priced trips on the lake. We liked the breakfast a la carte more than the buffet style, cause it is very comfortable and everything is freshly served. Thank you so much for a wonderful time at your hotel!
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Staff were nice and helpfull
Cons: A bit aged compare to picture
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was wonderful! All the staff are well trained, friendly, and helpful. The facilities are all very well maintained and beautifully designed -- so much teak! I arrived, exhausted and frazzled, by overnight "VIP" bus from Yangon (which I only recommend to those who either feel they need to atone for past sins, or who are so young that they can sleep in tank in battle). The staff welcomed me for early check-in, and I had a very good breakfast (at an extra charge, which is to be expected). The staff arranged a tour of the lake by private boat, which lasted all day, at a very reasonable price. My room -- lake front villa -- was amazing! Everything was perfect. The off-season weather was exceptional -- and I have the sunburned face to prove it. Inle Lake is an incredible place to visit, and I highly recommend splurging on a high-end hotel like Aureum.
3.3 Mediocre
Cons: It’s an overpriced hotel. Once you are there, you are stuck. You don’t have a choice! We were put in a room with non-functioning aircon and the staff wanted to put an air cooler! With some convincing we were put in another room where thankfully the aircon worked. This hotel is avoidable considering nothing works here!
8.3 Excellent
Pros: - Lovely hotel with most beautiful view. - friendly staff
Cons: - prices for food and drinks in the hotel are 4-times higher than what tourists pay everywhere else. And there are no supermarkets or alternative possibilities nearby. I understand that prices in a 5-star hotel are generally higher, but that felt like a rip-off. - pool closes at 6pm :(
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great Breakfast. Secluded rooms. Amazing lake view
Cons: Would appreciate to be able to use the bike outside the hotel, for the bike rental is far.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very kind and helpfull starf
Cons: Eventhough the hotel is only 7 years old - it appears a little dated in need of renovation.

Pros: Staff were very friendly and warmly welcomed us when we arrived at the Jetty. Leo and Catherine made sure our requests were timely delivered and late check-out request was also permitted. Spa was great and hotel facilities were excellent. A great place to stay after our trek.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great location with direct access to Inle lake; very clean; superb swimming with view out towards the lake - all located within beautiful gardens filled with orchids and butterflies. This particular booking was to extend our stay for a further night.
Cons: Whilst the place was beautiful and we throughly enjoyed ourselves there, the extras such as food/drinks and excursions are not cheap (we would suggest very expensive for Myanmar) and there was little opportunity that we could see (due, admittedly to the wonderfully quiet location) of seeking out alternatives. But we felt that the positives outweighed this - hence the booking of an extra night.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: we were upgraded to villas and the comfort was fantastic. Cherry, the manager was very helpful, professional, friendly, I would give her 5 out of 5. The location is superb, the service very good, would definitely recommend this hotel . Modern facilities, clean and comfortable
Cons: The food in the restaurant was nothing special to remember. Very primitive coffee machine for this type of the hotel.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The location was wonderful, looking out onto the bank of Inla Lake. The grounds at Amata are beautiful, and the staff very helpful.
Cons: The hotel menu could have been a bit more varied; and everything at the hotel is expensive (western prices), which, because you are a captive audience, so to speak, means that the cost can add up as there is nowhere else to go in the near vicinity from what we could see.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: We stayed in a villa. Big bedroom/livingroom. Nice and big bathroom with a shower and a bathtub. Nice and big balcony. Great view of the lake from the pool aerea. friendly and helpful staff!
Cons: breakfast from 6 - 9 am was a little bit early and short for us. there was a huge buffet, but we couldn't enjoy it really well. i know this is different for everybody, but I am not able to take a big breakfast so early in the morning during holiday. the food in the restaurant was nice. the prices are maybe moderate for this kind of standard, but a little bit high for myanmar.
7.1 Good
Pros: The surroundings were beautiful, with good caretaking of the property. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The resort was sslf-contained.
Cons: The property was remote and we could not walk to anywhere that we would like because of the remoteness of the property.
6.3 Good
Pros: Well kept and maintained
Cons: Staff not attentive enough
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Truly clean and offered good services. Located at good position to enjoy South Inle lake and Kakku.
Cons: nothing

Pros: Staff are amazing, welcoming and caring. The bed is spacious and super comfortable. Spacious room, shower with hot water all the time.
Cons: Curtains are only semi opaque, so room gets litten on sunrise. Breakfast took place in the nearby 81 central hotel (not a very big deal 30 secs walking). Shower head is fixed.
7.5 Good
Pros: The hostel is clean and kind. The location of the hotel is good.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff were lovely and helpful. Confirmed our bus and helped us book a lake tour. Breakfast was tasty, buffet style with Asian and western options. Beds were comfy, shower was a good temp and pressure. Lots of space. Good amount of food and such in our area. We finished our trek here and it was luxurious afterwards to stay here. There is 81 hotel inlay and 81 Central hotel located 1 minute walk from each other, same company but the Central is the newer one. We stayed at Central. They also let us have a shower before getting on the bus at night, nice touch.
Cons: Not the hotels fault but there were pigeons nesting above our room (5th floor) that were quite noisy early morning, during the day till around 7pm. If you like to sleep in, don't stay on that floor.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: good location nice staff there is not internet at all
Cons: supply internet, or indicate to inform this problem
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved it
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Being able to store luggage and free shower facilities after checking out. Great friendly staff.
Cons: Nothing bad to say.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Location in walking distance to the boat pier, night market and old town. Good breakfast, helpful staff
Cons: very weak or non existent WiFi signal in the room, had to go down to reception to use. Breakfast was taken in an ajoining hotel
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazingly friendly staff. They checked us in 9 hours before the official check-in time, i.e. around 5am (yes, we all love Myanmar's overnight buses :-P) with no extra fee. Always smiling and polite. Awesome huge breakfast - personally I think it's even too big, since I was never able to make it, eating maybe 1/4 of the food served - I guess they must be wasting lots of food..
Cons: maybe too much mosquitoes in the area but it's not the hotel's fault, obviously.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Good location. It’s near the good restaurants and about 5 min walking distance from night market. Comfortable bed. The bedroom and bathroom are clean, spacious and bright. It’s really good that most of the things in the hotel are not disposable plastic. The staffs at front desk are really kind and helpful. They arranged me the boat trip to the Inle Lake with the very patient driver. (I forgot that driver name.) They even offered a shared boat trip because I’m the only one. But I decided to take the whole boat. They provided a free map of Nyaung Shwe and Inle Lake and guided me to go around the area. The restaurants and bars they recommended to me are really nice and delicious. (All are within 5-10 min walking distance from hotel.) Breakfast is rich and delicious with local food. The pool area looks nice even though I didn’t have time to use it.
Cons: WiFi didn’t work in my room (206). Maybe it’s the furthest from the reception. The door lock of my room doesn’t work properly. I couldn’t unlock the door from inside 4 or 5 times during my stay so I had to call the receptionist to open it. Thanks god she picked up the phone every time and always available to do it.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Extra large room.
Cons: Pool could be cleaner.

Cons: The bathrooms were okay. Not very clean. And they gave me the bed without any screen. I did not feel very comfortable.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: We arrived early in the morning but the room was ready and staff allowed us to enter early. We also received a generous late check out. The room was clean, spacious, good AC
Cons: The hotel is affected by government rules that affect every hotel in the area- electricity is shut down at set times. The hotel did their best to accommodate us. Nothing that they could have done more!

9.2 Excellent
Pros: Location very close to everything, super kindly staff, free bikes provided, great breakfast cooked at the moment. Big and comfortable rooms; bathrooms have both shower and bathtub
Cons: Some noise in the room due to the close street and some humidity due to the internal bathroom with no windows. However, with AC and open windows it's been fixed
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Really nice location and kind staff, good breakfast
Cons: Lot of Moskitos around and some in the room Poor WiFi only works at reception
9.2 Excellent
Pros: + very good breakfast with a choice between noddle, eggs, pancake and toast. You can have all or just some things + nice clean rooms, unfortunately with a lot of mosquitos (but this is not only the problem of this hotel) - bring a mosquito net! + huge bathroom with a tub and nice hot water + good location surrounded by many restaurants + free good bicycles + very kind and helpful staff - in our last day we took a night bus and were allowed to stay in our room until the pick up arrived - without charge! + staff got me medicine for my cough and really cared about us, only during breakfast it was a little to much for us - up to 4 waitress stand next to you waiting for your order
Cons: - hotel owner gives a lot of helpful information but unfortunately he could not book a bus or boot for you, just information
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff. All facilities worked. Breakfast good
Cons: Location right on main road...However not a problem as such as the road was being resurfaced which meant no traffic noise. Access with my motorbike was a bit restricted though.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Nice host. Exstreamely helpfull. Good location right on Main St, but no noise. Will recommend.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: The shower was incredible. The rooms are lovely. The staff and individualized attention are wonderful.
Cons: The hotel is a little far from the boat landing, so that means a 10 minute walk instead of 5! It's not really a negative because it seems to be in the quieter end of the street. And it is steps away from a spa and The Owl Grill restaurants.

Pros: The hotel is in a good location in town, walking distance to nice restaurants. We particularly enjoyed the air con and the balcony that the room offered. There was a nice view from the balcony and the roof terrace. The breakfast was nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome.
6.7 Good
Pros: the breakfast
Cons: no
9.6 Excellent
Pros: I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. the stay was smooth and started already with the check-in and remaind as such till the check-out. the room was very clean and the duvet covers were clean as well, which was not the case in many of the hotels in Myanmar. I really enjoyed the balcony :-) all the trips I wanted to go on were well organized by the hotel staff. I got food poisoning on my last day and was asked, if I need medicaiton by the hotel staff, who also told the taxi driver who took me to the airport, to drive slower and careful to not worsen my condition - so thank you once again, I really appreciate that and everything else you have done. you really went the extra mile.
Cons: if you come to early or late for breakfast you do not get freshly brewed coffe, but instant coffe instead. there is generally no milk, but milk powder - but thats whining over small matters
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was extremely accommodating and helped me organize a tour. I would suggest not using the hotel’s tour driver if you want someone that speaks English. You may be better off organizing your lake tour elsewhere. But the hotel was very clean and overall decent.
Cons: My shower did not have cold water (which is strange because usually places don’t have hot water). It was scalding hot but the hotel let me shower in another room so not all rooms are like this. The Wi-Fi was not great at all. The AC didn’t get too cold at its highest setting.
7.1 Good
Pros: Staff are friendly to give us many useful information about sightseeing in Inle Lake area. Room is quite big and cozy.
Cons: Electricity supply is inconsistent during daytime. I think it's the problem of whole area not hotel itself.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Best was location - surrounded with night market, Pagoda, good restaurants & bars. Good simple breakfast. Very helpful & happy staff.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very kind staff. Great location near the pier where you can take the boat to the tours in Inle Lake.

Pros: Very well located and friendly and professional staff. Breakfast was superb
Cons: A bit noisy, as it is located in front of the pier where the boats departure
7.5 Good
Pros: - Comfortable room and bed, with working ac. - Close to the river which is has many boat tours along it. There are also a good variety of restaurants nearby. - Nice view from rooftop bar.
Cons: - whilst being near the river has a nice view, it was extremely noisy from 5am because of the constant old boat engines going past. We were originally in a room facing the river but had to change rooms to be on the other side of the building. They were happy to do this though with no hassle (and less sound) - We had booked for a standard double room but when we got there were told there were only standard twin rooms as the double was gone. For the whole time we were there we only saw about 2 other people yet we had to stay in a twin. (Deluxe option may have been available but not offered) - The rooftop service was very slow. We went up there every day for breakfast and drinks, never saw anyone else there, but still they seemed unorganised and unprepared for any sort business. (Which brings it back to why we had to stay in a twin room although no one was there - Were initially going to charge us half day for 3 hours later check-out, even though we reiterate it was practically empty. They did eventually allow us to stay until our flight though free of charge.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Good local. Always have power.
Cons: Management not fun.

Pros: Very nice breakfast with extremely friendly staff. The girls at the reception were especially nice. The location of the hotel is excellent because it is just at a starting point for boat trips.

7.9 Good
Pros: Staff were very nice and helpful
4.2 Okay
Pros: View , room
Cons: Staff , manager , unfriendly , didn’t feel welcome , cold
5.4 Okay
Pros: Wonderful facilities for a couple that wants peace
Cons: Far away from Any kind of restaurant, attraction, any other thing to do. No communication with other places. No means of transport to be outside the hotel (just bicycles and you have to return them by sunset and pay for its rental) high prices of everything consumed at the hotel
5.8 Okay
Pros: The view is nice, can be possible that it’s not reachable via the lake because of floating plants. Main transportation is via water. Pool is really nice (but it leaks a lot of water).
Cons: All the facilities are outdated (outside areas, buildings, bikes, etc), looks like the resort is dying. WiFi doesn’t work on entire resort. Shower wasn’t working (or extremely hot, or totally cold). The resort is quite remote, you can have the feeling being trapped because they ask insanely high prices for their services (20USD for a taxi to City centre; 3 times the normal price). Food not really good, especially for the price. The vibe on the resort is missing, they don’t smile or give you the feeling to go for the extra mile. Something which you expect on a resort and especially for this price!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Watching the sun set across the lake, peace and quiet (low season) and we got upgraded at check in. Unfortunately we only stayed 1 night so was unable to fully utilise all the property had to offer.
Cons: Breakfast staff knew very little English and it was difficult communicating dietary requirements (despite pre-prepared Burmese translated guide)
