Hotel was very well located in the centre of Ostersund, close to the shops and within walking distance of railway station. We enjoyed our stay and would recommendthe hotel to anyone.

A bit warm temperature on the rooms. otherwise no complaints.

Closeness to shops, perfect location, nice design, good beds and clean rooms.
The rooms had no air conditioning. A bit warm during the night.

It would have been nice if the restaurant was open on the evening that we arrived instead of having to venture out to find a restaurant that was open the staff were were very helpful with assisting us with addresses for places that were open when we booked it would have been nice to know about the restaurant until an email a week before if we had know about the restuarant being closed we would have booked another hotel

“We went with our dog and besides the fact that they charge 200 SEK for the dog they provided a good bed and some biscuits for our pet. The bedroom was really clean and comfortable. It is located right at the city Centrum with many restaurants and stores around. The staff was also really kind.”
