Pros (+) Location is perfect. Sits right on the beach and where it is on the boardwalk is short distance to good food/fun. Next, the outdoor pools are great, especially if you have kids under about 10 years old. Great for toddlers as well.
Cons (-) Holiday Inn as a company obviously does not maintain or update this property. The rooms are dated pretty bad and the visible corrosion/rust in the bathrooms shows lack of investment of their property. This also goes for the indoor pool, it is worthless because the temperature is just above what would cause hypothermia. When you charge about $250-300/night on average, there is no reason to not heat...
