Pros (+) The hotel is very clean, has good spa and pool. But most importantly - great service. I was traveling to a triathlon race with my son. We needed to leave at 5:30am. The owners woke up before 5 to make us breakfast, even if it was just us and one other person who needed this. They have also allowed us to come back after the race, take showers and use the spa. Pros (+) Very friendly, good place to take the kids. The junior suites are very large.
Cons (-) The building is old so noise was a bit of an issue, not bad. The Windows face the ocean and are small.

Pros (+) Staff was very friendly. Rooms were great. Food was good, if your fast. Vending machines well stocked.
Cons (-) Very loud all night. Breakfast was unorganized running out of food and people cutting in line. Duct tape on smoke detectors in the hall. Pool was crowded with rude guests, Hot tub looked like it was time for a cleaning so was our bathtub. Long walk to beach with little kids.
