Pros (+) Location was great. close to freeway and Camp Pendleton Main entrance. Noise from freeway was a problem if outside, but not inside the room.
Cons (-) The heat/air conditioner was so high on the wall that I needed to stand on a chair to even see the controls.

Pros (+) The location was great. The hotel was near some really good restaurants and close to the amusement park and mission we visited. The view of the ocean was good too.
Cons (-) The internet access was poor, not sure if that was just the area of the hotel our room was located or not, and breakfast could have had a bit more to it.
