Pros (+) A couple of years ago, we stayed at 12 Tribes during a Winter vacation. We were impressed with the hotel and decided to make it home base on this trip. The room was quiet and comfortable, and the location is ideal for exploring the area.

Cons (-) The hotel room, while comfortable, was lacking in a few things. There wasn't any local information in the room and no hotel amenities info (restaurant hours, menu, checkout info) The service at the restaurant was horrible! We had to ask for our salad to arrive before the entree (just barely) We had to ask for bread. My mashed potatoes we crusty on top and stone. Reheated leftovers?? When I told my...

Pros (+) The fellow at the front desk assigned a room that had a roof full of Air conditioning units, we asked to be moved.He moved us.Why would he put us there to start with?.We were told there was a senior day coupons, however when we went he said we were too late.Bad service.The girl at the bar ordered us food for our room ,she was nice but the order was not what we wanted.The casino was good.the breakf...

Cons (-) We decided to have dinner at the restaurant ,she cleared the table and we sat.Nobody came, we sat for 15 minutes..till no-one..everyone was waiting for food or drinks or service.So we got up and left.That is when we ordered from the bar..that was a very long wait as well, but the bartender was very nice..the amenities in the hotel were just not very good.Dont think we will return.
