Pros (+) room smelled of chemicals which made it feel a little cleaner than it really was. Bed was decent and actually did smell fresh. No mold in the bathroom, but this is an older place. They try and keep it up at least. Close to down town for food and drinks in Oneonta.
Cons (-) Dated and old, worn out a bit.
