If they have to check my credit record, they should let me know before I pay online. I couldn't rent a car because I used a debit card and failed a credit check. I almost missed my DMV appointment because that, and the rental company refused to give me a refund. Fortunately, I finally got my license plate and didn't need to rent a car again.7.6 Good

When I picked the rental up in New York excellent customer service! When i dropped the car off ithe customer service was rude and I had been charged for not a full tank of gas when there was! So I was charged more due to they marked it not a full tank! That was in fort hood Texas10.0 Wonderful

I could not rent the car due to the polices not included in the fine print as I was renting the car. The price was way over how much the original cost stated on the web page. The credit check was also unbelievable being I used 3 different credit cards and none of them were accepted. They should also mention the fact that you will need a $200 hold before renting he car. That will help with you guys not getting any service; tricking people.2.0 Poor
