Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's convenient location, which is close to key destinations and easy to access. However, many reviews highlight significant issues with cleanliness, including musty odors, visible mold, dust, and general lack of upkeep. The breakfast offering is widely considered inadequate, with limited options and poor quality. Service is frequently described as unresponsive or unavailable, with guests reporting difficulties reaching staff and resolving issues. Bed comfort is also a recurring concern, with several guests finding the beds uncomfortable. Overall, while the location is a strong point, the hotel falls short in cleanliness, service, and amenities.
