I arrived on a Saturday at 19:00 and no one was there. there should have been someone at the reception until 20:00 according to the website info. The entire hotel was empty except for me. There was no bar/restaurant open, no telephone available, no employees on-site!
They had a golf tournament as of wednesday and I had to move to the Hotel Brioni in Ostrava. This despite a confirmed reservation. Questions about golf instruction were never answered!
