Outdoor pool, parking
Suite wasn’t a real suit but a big double room. Non-flexible and nor fully customer-oriented. Twin bed instead of one mattress.

Staff was amazing and made us feel extremely comfortable right from the start. Service was excellent. Sauna and spa area was nicely looked after and the bar menu was very wide. The rooftop pool was marvelous with a nice view and being a kids free zone on top of that.
In that category I would have wished for a proper desk in the room where I could write and work on. Also, only shower (a great one though) and no bathtub available. However, there was not enough space to make this happen. Breakfast was fresh and fine but choice on the lower end of 5 star hotels.

location, parking an spa area were great. Breakfast was very good. dinners were pricey but alright.
We brought a dog and got a dog room, which is fine. However the hotel did not clean the room very good. Cleaning staff that passed by during our stay only made the beds, nothing else. Which is not acceptable for a 5 star hotel. The staff in the hotel was allaround a mix between nice and not very welcoming. We had to carry our luggage down by ourselves (which is fine, just not worhty of a 5 star rating). I visit 5 star resorts frequently and this one was definitely lacking of adequate staff to justify the 5 stars.

The Hotel and staff were excellent from start to finish. This is a fantastic place to have relaxing break with all the facilities you need from roof top pool to excellent wellness/spa areas. Peaceful gardens a fabulous breakfast and the food in the restaurant was also superb. Thanks to the staff and management.
