Pros (+) Staff was great. Friendly and always looking to help. This location is less deaireable due to the age of the facility. The rooms are older and the heating cooling when on made the room smell moldy.

Pros (+) The friendliness of the staff was above par. The room had a refrigerator and microwave, the front desk had a small store area, which I used quite frequently. The fire pit outside on the patio was a nice touch. The kitchen staff was so friendly and the food quality and variety was awesome. The location was nice, as it was close to the beach, and not too far away behind the hotel was a marina so you...
Cons (-) The room carpet was extremely dirty. My wife and I never went barefoot anywhere except in the room, and when we took a shower, we practically stained the tub with the amount of blackness that was coming off our feet.
