Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to the sea and city attractions. The breakfast received high marks for variety and quality, and the spa and other amenities were frequently described as fantastic or wonderful. Many guests found the rooms to be spacious, clean, and comfortable. While most feedback was positive, some guests mentioned issues with service, such as unmotivated or unhelpful staff, and a few noted problems with noise and parking charges.
