Very good location - close to station, Basanaviciaus street and the sea. The staff is friendly and not annoying.The hotel is in the quite place. Nice bathroom and balcony

The location was very convenient for Palanga
The beds were not beds....they appeared to be a short chaise lounge. The sheets were not fitted and would slide off exposing the "couch" part. The front desk staff were extremely unpleasant and appeared to be in pain when attempting a smile.

Convenient position, near the town centre. Free parking. The hotel and room were clean. Rich breakfast.
Conciergerie staff looked a bit suspicious and cold.

Good breakfast and not the same every morning.
There was in the room a peculiar smell. Probably the wall-to-wall carpet, which was stained. Balcony is useless, narrow and no furniture to be used there.

Ideal location for nighlife and beach. Situated in a quiet area, but only a few minutes walk away from the attractions.
