Pros (+) Completely understaffed. A/C wasn’t working. Worst of all both the room and the common areas were dirty. Definitely not sanitized. Half of the pool chairs were broken.

Pros (+) Pool was nice but hot tub was closed. Brandon’s restaurant was nice.
Cons (-) Our bed extremely squeaky. Room was dated and dark brown everywhere. Tile floors were sticky in the room. Overall feel was dingy and not welcoming.
Pros (+) Great location on the beach. The staff and level of service were excellent. The staff at the restaurant, pool and beach worked hard to fulfill any request.
Cons (-) The rooms are a little on the small side but nicely appointed. The bathroom is tiny and a challenge for more than one person. The rooms and some interior areas could use a refresh.
Pros (+) Loved the building. The layout. So visually pleasing. Landscape perfect. Just a beautiful place. Room was awesome. Clean and neat. I would stay here again.
Cons (-) There were parts that need a little attention. Staff needs better attention at trash on ground. Upstairs spot by pool had dirty dishes laying around and couches were not placed nice. Also needs a good bleaching up there on concrete. Outside furniture needed to be hose down on our porch. Also I had to rearrange it for sitting. Needs a little tlc. Great bones.
