    Location was good

    Room was not confirmed between booking .com an resort. Room was not what we thought it was going to be. Photo noir not represent the room we had

    Villas were big and the rooms were confy. Like that there was a balcony with sitting area right outside our rooms.

    I didn't like that it wasn't as clean as I expected due to price. We had ants around the kitchen sink and counters. One of the bathroom shower wouldn't close all the way and water was leaking during our whole stayed, even after we notified the front desk. The pool wasn't very clean, it had lots of mosquitos and bees. Also our check out time was early at 10:00 am, usually other places we have stayed we check out around 11 am or noon time.

    I didn't had baby crib and my 10 months old baby had to sleep on the floor. The facility so old and not clean The valve in the master bedroom tab was hard to use and didn't close all the way, and the water was dripping all night and drive us crazy. The mattres in the bed room so old and cheap that we didn't sleep the all night and get a back pain. The vila capet smell so bed, I'm not sure If the smell from the kitchen or the carpet. I thing the capet need shampoo wash regardless. The office close at 5 PM and you have to call to a different number to answering service and let then know what you need (more towels...) The only good thing is that the price is affordable, but I rather pay more and get what I used to.
